Terms and Conditions

Tickets must be pre-booked and are valid only for the specified date and time slot.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a full-paying adult.
A maximum of 8 people is allowed per booking, which must include at least one child.
All visits require advance booking.
In the event of a delay to your scheduled start time, we will make every effort to admit you as soon as possible.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please double-check your chosen date and time before completing your purchase.
Changes to bookings can only be made subject to availability.
Ensure your email address is entered correctly to receive your booking confirmation.
If unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel your booking, we will notify you within 14 days with further details.
Funland is not responsible for delays that result in missing your scheduled time slot.
Funland reserves the right to deny entry to any booking.
Only assistance dogs are permitted; no other pets are allowed.
Children under 1 year of age can enter free of charge when accompanied by a paying child.
Please note, the Wonderland attraction is located upstairs, and there is no lift access.
Professional photos taken in Santa’s House will be available for purchase in the toy shop.
