Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

As you will appreciate, this is a new situation for us, and after much consultation, we have made the decision as follows for Covid 19 issues affecting bookings.

1. If the Government imposes another complete and full lockdown either nationally or for our immediate location which then affects our opening of the Winter Wonderland we will look to issue a full refund less
any paypal booking fees incurred.

2. If a direct member of your family group receives a positive Coronavirus test result which affects your family’s ability to attend your booking through self-isolation rules we will offer an alternative date if
available, and if not we will offer a free booking transfer for next year. You will be required to provide us with a proof of positive test in order for us to do this.

3. We will be unable to offer any refund if you simply feel disinclined to attend and use the Coronavirus outbreak as a reason.

We have put special measures in place to comply with all current legislation, and we are constantly reviewing the latest Government guidelines.
The Winter Wonderland will operate as a compliant business but will be subject to the cooperation of our customers.
We want you all to be able to enjoy your experience whilst keeping  you as safe as we can during these difficult times, and we want the children to continue to enjoy the magic of Christmas.
